The Tubing Nibbler is designed for forming tube ends for 1/2" I.D. or larger. The high speed tooling cuts material up to 1/8" mild steel. Interchangeable die anvils are available in 1/4" increments from 1/2" to 2". Acetate templates can be made of slightly larger tubing to slip over the part to be cut, by splitting then expanding a same size tube or using a larger diameter tubing. Clamping of template to the tubing is easy by use of a simple hose clamp. Adjustable stroke height allows for template tracing and punch sharpening.
